All orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment warehouse.

United Kingdom:
Free shipping on all orders.

No hidden fees:
All prices displayed include applicable taxes. Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or hidden charges upon delivery.


Order Processing Time

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Last order time:
14:00 (GMT+01:00, Stockholm)

Weekend orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time and both should be considered when estimating delivery.

4–7 business days from the date of order (including processing and transit)

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the carrier and your tracking number.

You can track your order directly on our website using the tracking portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct and complete at checkout.

Lukavera Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Items

If any items are missing from your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your order has not arrived within 3 days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. Some parcels may be delivered without a signature and left in a safe location with photographic confirmation.

Lukavera Home cannot be held responsible for loss or theft once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be undamaged
  • Be returned in their original packaging

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect products:
Return shipping will be covered by Lukavera Home.

This applies if the item is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Customer remorse:
If the return is due to customer preference (wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Restocking Fee

Lukavera Home does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
